Every order placed at Viseeo Store includes free International shipping. All orders shipped to a UK address include next working day delivery if ordered before 4.00pm GMT. UK packages are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guranteed for 1pm.

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service which inlcudes priority Air-Mail.

Shipping times vary depending on location, with target delivery dates being 3-5 working days to Western Europe, 7-9 working days to Eastern Europe and 10-12 working days to the rest of the world. We dispatch all orders the same working day if placed before 4.00pm GMT.

Express courier delivery from FedEx is available to international destinations at an additional cost. Please contact us for a shipping quote from FedEx if you would like a quote for express shipping.

All items are hand-checked before delivery and are securely packaged in discrete, unmarked packaging.

ALL orders are sent via a recorded delivery method. Please ensure you supply a delivery address where somebody will be available to sign for the package. If the package is not signed for it will be returned to your local post office. After a period of time (varies depending on country) the item will be returned to sender. If this happens you will be liable for a re-delivery charge.

IMPORTANT: We can only send to the address you provide with PayPal, even if you supply a different delivery address through the ViseeO Store checkout process. Please ensure you supply the correct delivery address to PayPal when making payment. This is required by PayPal for security reasons.
